I’ve gotten a 370z from here abt a month ago and it gave me issues and I had warranty on this car and took it to them not once not twice but 4 different times and they didn’t end up fixing the issue they kept telling me that the car was all fixed and ready to go but the next day it’s the same thing and I had to call some days off of work to go to the appointments and they did nothing but lie and waste my time I was tired of going to that dealer ship dam near every week and now imma have to pay outta my pocket for this issue that is expensive and they told me that the car had no problems what so ever

I bought an Audi Q7 from these people. In the agreement it was written that they would give me an extra key for it. Called them a few times and they always play dumb specially the manager “Jose”. The registration for my car never arrived, I bought the car in July it is now November. I haven’t seen the extra key nor the registration. I wouldn’t do business with these people again. Becareful.

This is for the service side of the dealership I had called to make an appointment cuz my car started making a weird noise no one picked up the phone but then they gave me a call back they said to make an appointment at 9:00 in the morning on Tuesday I had to take off time from work to come and check out what was wrong with my truck when I got here the first thing that the manager ask was what wrong with it and who is going to pay for it then we test derived it that what we did for him to check what wrong with it and he didn't even know what was causing the noise. they didn't check the car that they need to pull up my information that they should have been pulled I made my appointment the week before and it was a Tuesday they should have been prepared with my stuff for my truck they didn't check it at all they didn't even open the hood of the car they didn't do anything to it he called me back 2hrs after my appointment saying that I had warranty on it but that i should take it to a bigger dealership that they would take care of it. Have me going back and forward. Now the other dealership is asking for paper work that they should have been giving me came to see if I can pick them up and the guy isn't here now I wasted my time coming out here to two different dealerships and my car hasn't even got checked here I am putting more miles to it have me going back and forward and have to ask for time off work to come again 🤦‍♂️ just to pick up some paper work I asked his employees that are just sitting there if they can give it to me they said come back Monday neither you or we can go and get it

Bought my wife a beautiful Range Rover Sport today from a young sales guy. Forgot his name but nice guy. He did push process as he was taught…documents, down payment and such but really a great experience. We had to wait on paperwork which is normal but we got the car we wanted in our budget and we are happy customers. Drove it all the way back to Sacramento. Thanks!

I bought a 2009 BMW 328i from this dealership. I only had the car for less than a month before it had caught on fire while I was driving home. Alex had assured me this car had no problems through their mechanic. All they offered me was a $1000 down payment on another car from them which is far less than what I put down already. Make sure to carefully inspect the vehicle before dealing with them. They aren't trustworthy

The owner is a crooked! We bought a car and couldn't get it registered. He refuses to help us. DMV EVEN CALLED HIM. He did everything to overtalk the DMV employee. They told him that it was faulty and take care of his customers. He still has done nothing.He bought the car from an auction and my husband paid the registration and somehow the original owner asked for the money to be s3nt to him. How does that happen? We bought it from Calidad moters.I feel it must be stolen car or something. They smile in your face and stab you in the back. Check with better business before buying a car from them. The owner is a true crook!

I have been looking for a particular vehicle for quite some time, and I found Calidad Motors and decided to give a non franchise dealer a chance since I have had bad luck in that past with previous places. Although I was blown away on how fast and friendly the service was I went with my dad and immediately we were greeted and offered coffee and water by the sales officer Ramon, we saw the vehicle we were shopping for and right away Ramon offered to test drive it out of the lot and see what we thought of it. I really enjoyed the vehicle it was in great condition for being a used vehicle, they had many more options to choose from as well they all looked fresh and new. We then spoke to the finance manager named George amazing gentlemen he went above and beyond to get me a great deal with a credit union. I had such an amazing experience being from the peninsula I am glad I took the drive of 1.5 hrs. well worth it, thanks again to the great team at Calidad we for sure will do business in the future. Highly recommended, and not pushy at all.
